Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy involves the diagnosis and treatment of conditions that cause joint and muscle pain, sports injuries, work injuries, postural dysfunction, movement dysfunction and a wide variety of other musculoskeletal problems.

Musculoskeletal physiotherapist
Dry needling

Involves the insertion of very fine needles into dysfunctional tissues such as myofascial trigger points in order to improve pain and/or restore function.

Orthopaedics

We provide supportive braces for the Thumb, wrist, elbow, knee and ankle. We also supply CAM/Moon boots and waterproof fibreglass casting for fractures

Remedial Massage therapy involves the utilisation of special techniques to identify and target areas of the body which display restriction and tightness, with the aim of reducing pain, increasing soft-tissue mobility and circulation.

Dilhan has worked extensively in private practice and gained exposure to a wide variety of conditions. Dilhan prides himself on accurately diagnosing one’s problem and tailoring an individualised treatment approach to achieve their goals.

Adam Fracassi

Physiotherapist @ Parramatta

Adam has a keen interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, placing a strong emphasis on keeping up to date with latest research. Adam is committed to providing specific and tailored treatments for every individual.

Aubrey O'Laco

Physiotherapist @ Quakers Hill

Aubrey has completed a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and has gained experience across a range of different areas such as orthopaedic, paediatric, neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Mariko Della-Savia

Physiotherapist @ Quakers Hill

Mariko graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and has a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Mariko prioritises collaboration, communication and education to ensure treatment is tailored towards an individual. 

Athena

Remedial Massage Therapist
Athena completed Diploma of Remedial Massage in TAFE Meadowbank. She combines Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage techniques for relieving muscles tension and pain.

Frequently Asked Questiones

No. A referral is not required to see a Physiotherapist. 

It is recommended that you wear loose comfortable clothing. During a Physiotherapy assessment exposure and movement of the affected area are often required which is made easier with non-restrictive clothing. Eg. For neck and shoulder problems wear a singlet and for knee and hip pain wear shorts. 

No. If you have an EPC referral the number of sessions allocated to Physiotherapy will be indicated by the GP. Medicare will contribute $58.30 to each session and the gap amount will need to be paid by the patient. Currently the Fees are:  Initial consultation: $95, Follow up appointment: $85

 Initial and follow-up appointments are 30 mins. 

Every health fund is different and provides varying levels of cover. You will need to refer to your health fund provider to find out what they will contribute. 

You will be required to bring your Doctors referral and Claim details. These include Claim number, the name of the insurance provider, and the case manager details which you would have been provided upon issuing of your claim number.
